Position Summary

The Inside Sales Executive plays a vital role in expanding access to life-changing medications by building meaningful relationships with healthcare providers. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes high-impact sales strategies by identifying, qualifying, and engaging healthcare providers through targeted outreach while leveraging market intelligence and product expertise to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Independently prioritizes high-value prospects, ensuring strategic focus and urgency in pursuing the most impactful opportunities that align with business growth objectives.
  • Leads consultative sales conversations with healthcare professionals by understanding their practice needs, prescribing behaviors, and patient demographics while dynamically adapting sales messaging to address concerns and position tailored solutions.
  • Leverages artificial intelligence-driven insights and data analytics to track sales performance, prospect behavior, and engagement patterns, continuously refining outreach efforts to improve conversion rates and proactively address provider needs.
  • Drives exceptional results through personalized virtual sales engagements by delivering compelling product presentations, guiding providers through the benefits of specialized medications, and collaborating with account management to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Acts as a trusted industry expert by staying informed on market trends, competitor activity, and evolving healthcare regulations while providing valuable insights to leadership and marketing teams to shape innovative sales initiatives that drive sustained growth.

 

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to independently develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management platforms and sales automation tools, with the ability to analyze market data and leverage artificial intelligence-driven insights to enhance sales performance.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a consultative sales role with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
  • Sales or business development certifications from recognized institutions, along with customer relationship management platform certifications such as Salesforce or HubSpot, are preferred.
