The Director of Non-Sterile Manufacturing directs and monitors all daily operation activities of the Non-Sterile manufacturing (aka compounding) department. This position is a hands-ondeputy director rolethat is responsible for ensuring daily goals are met and growsthe department to meet the company’s current and future needs.
The Director of Quality Control (QC)oversees and manages quality control processesrelated to compounding to ensure preparation quality and consistency is maintained. Specifically, the Director of Quality Control oversees the Visual Inspection and Labelingdepartment, environmental monitoring (EM)program, analytical testing, and functional training related to cGMP operations.
The Quality Assurance Specialist supports in oversight and performance of functional areas, and training in regards to processes, documentation as they pertain to quality standards and governmental regulations. The Sterile Formulation (Mixing) Operator is responsible for performing Mixing and Formulation tasks. Responsible for enhancing excellence and training on equipment operations. Perform administrative duties as requested. Follow all cGMP guidelines. Adhere to USP <797>/ <800> regulations.
The Director of Human Resources provides both tactical and strategic direction to ensure effective coordination and delivery of all human resource functions including recruiting, talent development, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and performance management.
The Solid Dosage Manufacturing Operator is responsible for making product in capsule or tablet form via automated equipment. The operation can take place in a clean room or a non-sterile environment. The operations consist of working heavily with process equipment to make the product and enclose the product in a proper container.
The Quality Assurance Manager oversees and manages the quality assurance process to adhere to guideline established by regulating agencies and boards to ensure compliance to regulations in the delivery of a quality product.
The Facilities Equipment Technician is a maintenance technician responsible for monitoring and maintaining the operations of all production and building systems; including, but not limited to, production automation, appliances, and building equipment. This position responds to all system failures by taking appropriate corrective action and completing or assigning the repairs needed to ensure that systems are operational and are functioning safely and efficiently.
The Pharmaceutical Drug Purchasing Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of duties within the pharmacy related to purchasing, receiving, handling, and accounting for inventory. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for keeping track of market records and negotiating prices across multiple vendors.
The Call Center Pharmacy Technician manages inbound and outbound calls in order to serve our customers' requirements, answering inquiries, resolving issues, fulfilling requests, and maintaining our databases.
Clinic Support Representatives (CSR) are the front-line support for clinic customers and ensure that customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner. CSR also provide product information, answer product and order related questions, assist in prescription clarification, and escalate inquires as needed.
The Account Management Team is part of the Inside Sales Department and is responsible for providing key provider accounts a dedicated point of access to receive quality, personalized service. The Account Manager maintains relationships with clinical decision makers and understands the preferences of each assigned account. This position will coordinate with key provider accounts and the pharmacy to ensure service from the point of receiving orders through delivery to the clinic or patient. The Account Manager is also responsible for providing important information to the accounts that they manage, which includes new product releases, updates, product education, and responses to product inquiries. The Account Manager also plays an important role in monitoring account sales metrics across the entire pharmacy by generating custom and routine reports; initiating sales campaigns to maximize revenues of accounts; and based on both metrics and direct account communication, provides field intelligence to leadership.
The Inside Sales Group consists of highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDR) who will be part of an agile and growing team, playing a critical role in helping the company expand our operations. In this role, Sales Development Representatives are tasked with identifying and researching potential customer opportunities and allocating those opportunities to the appropriate sales representative. The Sales Development Representative operates from within the Inside Sales Team and is trained to identify, qualify, contact, and allocate accounts located in territories nationwide. They use their proficiency for digital communication to establish contact with key clinical decision makers. The Sales Development Representative will be trained to possess detailed knowledge of facility processes, products, and pharmacy protocols. The Sales Development Representative also carries out planned campaigns designed to provide important information to existing and potential accounts.The Sales Development Representative is an expert in data mining, online research, and identifying contacts and potential client partnerships, helping the Inside Sales Team increase revenue potential.
The primary mission of the Pharmaceutical Sales –Field Specialist is to represent the pharmacy in the field, establishing relationships with clinics who are identified as potential customers, while also providing education and ongoing support to assigned accounts. The Pharmaceutical Sales - Field Specialist is expected to identify and qualify leads within their assigned territory. This position maintains scheduled communications with potential accounts (leads) with the goal of establishing them as active accounts, in addition to tracking and managing all identified leads from the field.
The primary purpose of the Dispensing Pharmacy Technician is to provide support services in preparing, packaging, and dispensing pharmaceuticals.
The Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician prepares compounded non-sterile products under the direction of a compounding pharmacist.
The Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician is responsible for executing all processes in the production of compounded sterile preparations, while strictly adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
